Quiet Spells is a treatment suite at Tan y Foel farm. Run by a fully qualified and registered therapist with a great many years experience as a holistic practitioner.

A member of the federation of holistic therapists and the international council of holistic therapists she is also a Reiki Master.

At Quiet Spells we offer Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Relaxation and Crystal Therapies, all in a peaceful setting offering you an opportunity to relax and unwind.

Half day 'taster' courses or full day courses all are available in all subjects.

Full Reiki tuition is offered from entry level one right up to masters' level.

We offer the Quiet Spells range of products made right here on the farm. Our products use only the highest grade natural all organic products. Where possible all ingredients are sourced locally. Our range includes bath oils and bath milk, shampoo, cleanser, toner, moisturiser, and pulse point balms and pulse point rollers, all presented in the distinctive Quiet Spells livery, and all hand made with great care and the best of nature. All come in recycled or recyclable environmentally friendly packaging. Including such favourites as Goats milk and lavender cleanser, rose and lavender bath milk and seaweed and grapefruit toner.

For those with an interested in learning about some of treatments we offer day courses where you will learn enough about the therapies to benefit from them and use them yourself in your own home.

Bespoke products are available to your individual requirements, Gift vouchers are also available which are redeemable against treatments courses and products.
